Shipping policy
Country Home commits to preparing your order carefully, packing and protecting your packages thoroughly. We use high-quality packing materials and take great care to pack your items securely and efficiently. We do everything possible to ensure that your products are protected during transit and arrive in perfect condition.
Countries we ship to
We currently ship within Italy and to the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Spain, and other EU countries indicated during checkout. For destinations outside the EU (such as the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada), checkout is not active; for a customised quote you can contact us directly.
Shipping within Italy
Delivery times: 2–6 working days from payment (for bank transfers, the shipment is dispatched once the transfer has been credited).
Costs:
- Standard: €7 for orders up to €99.
- Cash on delivery (payment on delivery): €11 for orders up to €99.
- Free shipping: for orders over €99.
In‑store collection: free; by selecting “Pick up in store” at checkout you can collect your order from our premises (usually ready within 24 hours).
Tracking: when your order has been shipped you’ll receive an email with a tracking code. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
Delays and liability: any delivery delays under 30 working days that are not attributable to Country Home do not give the right to refuse delivery or request refunds.
Package inspection: always check the integrity of the package upon delivery; in case of anomalies (damaged packaging, opened envelopes, etc.) sign with reservation and report the problem within 24 hours at chomebacoli@gmail.com. We cannot accept claims after this deadline.
Shipping within the European Union
Delivery times: 4–9 working days from payment.
Flat rate: €25 for orders of any amount. Currently we do not offer free shipping outside Italy.
Duties and local taxes: any customs duties or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking and support: when your order has been shipped we will send you an email with the tracking code. Any delays under 30 working days do not entitle you to refunds or compensation. For damages or defects, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
International shipping outside the EU
Checkout on the site currently does not allow shipments outside the European Union. If you wish to ship to countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada or others, contact us by email for a personalised quote (indicative standard rate: €72).
