Refund policy

Our 14‑day return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at chomebacoli@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to the following address:
Country Home Decoration – Via Gaetano De Rosa 48 – 80070 Bacoli (NA), Italy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14‑day cooling‑off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at chomebacoli@gmail.com.

 Returns
Our policy allows 14 days for returns. If 14 days have passed since the purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send Country Home a written notice by email or phone expressing your intent to exercise the right of withdrawal and indicating the order number related to the contract you wish to cancel. To exercise this right, you can send your request by email to chomebacoli@gmail.com.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. The product must be returned intact, in its normal state of wear. If the right of withdrawal is not exercised in accordance with the terms of this article, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Some types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable items such as dried flowers cannot be returned. Additionally, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Perishable goods (e.g. dried flowers);  
• Gift cards;  
• Sale items or items subject to a discount.  

We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain cases no refund will be granted:
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  
• Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.  
• Sale items or items subject to a particular discount.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at chomebacoli@gmail.com. Only regular‑priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

### Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at chomebacoli@gmail.com and send your item to: Via Gaetano De Rosa 48, 80070 Bacoli, NA, Italy. Shipping costs will be at your expense.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please send it to: Country Home Decoration – Via Gaetano De Rosa 48 – 80070 Bacoli (NA), Italy.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and initial shipping will not be included in your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
